I am so impressed with the customer service and the product. I had 15 cubic metres of mulch delivered. The truck and trailer were expertly manoeuvred by the driver without damage to the lawn or driveway; The truck was top of the range technology which was really impressive; the driver was pleasant and obviously competent; the mulch was clean – the best we have ever had. What really stood out for me was the communication from the office. They made a phone call on the day the mulch was to be delivered to check to see if I wanted to delay it because it was raining hard. Yes I did. Then the day we had agreed on they phoned me to confirm they were on track and was I ? They phoned again later in the day to say the truck had left the depot and would be with me in 20 minutes. Today I went over to the Huband yard to get some small river stones. Staff were friendly and genuinely interested in getting the loading sorted. They then put some air in my tyres given the load I had in the trailer. I recommend Huband Paparoa as A plus suppliers and service. Seasons greetings and thank you.
